All orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery time after that varies on your location. All orders ship via Canada Post. Currently, we can only ship within Canada.

Collect From Store

We offer free in-store pick up at 217 McDermot Avenue. You can collect from our store by choosing this option at checkout.


We offer flat rate shipping of $12 on all regular orders, with free shipping on all orders over $99 (before taxes).

Smaller orders of greeting cards only can be shipped for $3 via Letter Mail – this option ships untracked and is available for orders of 1-4 greeting cards. 


In-Store Returns
We want you to be satisfied with all of your purchases from Tiny Feast. If an item is broken or damaged, please contact us immediately to arrange a suitable replacement or exchange. We will accept in-store returns within two weeks of the date of purchase for store credit or exchange only. Products must be in their original condition and accompanied by a receipt.

Online Returns
All items purchased online are final sale. If you are unsure about an item and wish to see it in person first, please visit us and we would be more than happy to help you out! 

All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless a product has been shipped in error. In this instance the appropriate shipping re-compensation will be given to the customer.

Order Status

Tiny Feast will process your online order within 24 hours given all items are in stock. We do our best to keep the website’s inventory updated at all times, but occasionally items do sell out. If an item is sold out, you will be notified via email or phone. Orders with sold out items will either be voided and the purchase refunded, or the amount of that item will be credited back to the original card, and the order will be sent partially fulfilled, per the customer’s wishes.
