Feast is a collection of recipes, stories, and photography that tells the story of a five month journey across Canada in 2013. This book is one big collaboration between the authors and dozens of talented chefs, cooks, producers, home cooks, and others from across the country. The book features: 114 recipes, 87 of which were contributed by food producers, chefs, bakers, and home cooks from across Canada. The remaining 27 original recipes point to an ingredient/region discovered, or a food experienced on the road. A mix of accessible and special occasion food, you’ll find plenty of recipes you can whip up easily after work, as well as a few that are perfect for weekend dinner parties.
